User may be termed here as individual, individual representative or their acting agents, corporate representative, corporate company, tax professional or Hindu undivided family.

Modification of these Terms

Confidentiality Agreement of User Data

Service Charges

VCareFirst.in reserves the rights to charge membership or subscription fee for the services or information or any aspect in terms of any services provided to the user. VCareFirst.in also reserve the right to modify or withdraw or increase the service charges time to time as per the conditions with the notice on the site which may not be send individually to all user. The purchase of our products / services is online transactions. Therefore, the complete ability of service is enabled for the purchaser upon receiving payment. Upon receiving complete payment, it is also presumed that the service is delivered / rendered for all practical / legal purposes including the chargeability of applicable taxes if any like service tax, etc. If any time the legal interpretation or the concerned authorities raise a different view point at a later stage then VCareFirst.in is free to take such necessary steps for recovering or refunding the tax so as to abide by and comply with the applicable law and that the customer agrees / binds himself for such change without notice.

Payment Policy

Since all the services are to be purchased online transactions, VCareFirst.in deems to understand that the user must use his or her credit card/ debit card to purchase the service from VCareFirst.in and will provide the correct credit card or bank account details from which the purchase is made when asked for. VCareFirst.in does not stores user's credit card or net banking details for user details purpose as VCareFirst.in is using third party payment gateway and shall not be held liable for any misuse done. It is understood that customer agrees that VCareFirst.in disclaims all the liabilities due to any mishandling of the customers user credit card details.

The customer also agrees and undertakes not to stop and/or dispute any credit/debit card payment once initiated by him/her. The customer further agrees that any expense/s incurred by VCareFirst.in consequent to his/her failing to abide by the aforementioned point, will be borne by him/her.

Refund or Reversal of Transaction Policy

This page is dedicated to the policies of VCareFirst.in regarding the refund policy. As stated per the policy of our company, refund payments will be applicable only in exceptional cases under the strict module.

On payments made to VCareFirst.in, the advance fees credited by the client is retained in the registered account of the clients. The fees are different for different services we provide. Rates may also vary depending on the completion of the services assigned to us such as providing client portal access, assigning relationship manager, obtaining DIN, the filing of forms, etc.

Refund will be in no form credited back to clients for earned fee due to the resources and working hours invested in delivering the service. VCareFirst.in will also not hold ourselves accountable for refund or credit for the payments made to government entities (filing fees or taxes). Upon meeting the criteria for refund eligibility, VCareFirst.in shall be liable to pay only the fee amount paid by the client as the refund amount.

Any product/service once purchased cannot be cancelled since the nature of our products/services being online as such, they are instantly delivered and/or the process of delivery gets initiated and cannot be stopped without any misuse/loss to us.

Policies regarding issuing refund

· No refund will be paid if buyers cancel our services due to personal issues. State services can be stopped but no reimbursement will be produced from our end.

· The refund will be issued only if a duplicate payment has been debited due to technical error from our side.

· If we miss-calculate any charges, then we will issue back the amount immediately after making appropriate investigations.

· Refund requests must be made within 5 working days from the day the payment was made.

· Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date request was submitted.

· We can cancel a processed refund payment if we notice misuse of our policies in any manner. This will also lead to cancellation of service you have subscribed with us.

· Requesting a refund by misusing our policies will also restrict you from taking any services in the future from us.

· The communication and request of issuing a refund must be made in writing. All the communication should be done using the email ID with which you have registered with us and which is being validated. If any of the data provided by the user at the time of registration is inappropriate or deems to be incorrect, VCareFirst.in reserve all the rights to decline to request of refund.

· If you have provided any wrong communication data, the issued refund will be canceled from our side.

· Refunds will be issued only if we fail to provide you the services we have promised.

· We reserve all the rights to issue a refund and the decision will be made solely by us in all circumstances.

· Processing refunds are subject to verification of allegation and information provided. Therefore, it is a time-consuming process.

· Refunds will be issued only after deducting all applicable taxes or finance charges.

· Your request for a refund terminates your rights to use the VCareFirst.in services and any related warranties or guarantees and further use of the product/service will be considered as misuse and can result into cancellation of the refund.

· Refund of the fees you paid to VCareFirst.in is the maximum relief granted in any event, including but not limited to computation error, printing error, filing error, filing delay, data leakage, security breach, data loss, or non-availability of service.

Without prejudice to the above, a Cancellation/Refund request may be granted only in cases where the products/services have not complied with and/or fall short in the fulfillment of its feature as expressed in the product/service description and/or there is delay in serviceability of the same and the usability is lost due to essence of timing and/or unavoidable circumstances beyond the reach or fault of the customer. The grant of such request will be at the sole discretion of the VCareFirst.in team and the customer consents to the same by his/her request application. The refund so granted will be subject to verification of payment realized and after reduction of the taxes and/or finance charges as applicable (if any) for such transaction.

Proprietary Rights of VCareFirst.in

VCareFirst.in reserves its right to terminate your account without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use.

By submitting or furnishing any personal information, data or details on or through the VCareFirst.in service/s, you automatically grant to us non-exclusive, permission and irrevocable right to hold and store your, such personal information, data or details and or your tax related information submitted or generated on calculation.
